Job summary

Jam City is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to help create amazing user experiences for our mobile games. You will collaborate with product management, art, game design and engineering to shape the product direction and visuals, from concept to launch.

The role requires a strong portfolio in UI/UX, wireframes and mobile prototypes, and a solid grasp of design principles aligned with our style guide. On-site SF with full-time benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating UI assets into Unity.
• Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual designs, and mobile prototypes as well as clear documentation.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD or other prototyping tools.
• Must demonstrate a strong understanding of advanced graphic design principles within the product style guide.
• Ability to scope work, set deadlines and deliver on time.
• Ability to give and receive feedback gracefully.
• Strong UI/UX portfolio demonstrating skills.
• Knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, concept art, game design and engineering.
• Work with the UI/UX team to define, design and implement fun and innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute at all stages of the product from concept to final product launch.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders while communicating design rationale.
