Job summary

Jam City in San Francisco is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft engaging user experiences for mobile games. You will collaborate with product management, art, design and engineering teams to design interfaces from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and knowledge of Unity integration for game UI. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and XD is required.

Qualifications

Experience integrating UI assets into Unity.
Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual designs, and mobile prototypes as well as clear documentation.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD or other prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of advanced graphic design principles while adhering to the product style guide.
Ability to scope work, set deadlines and deliver on time.
Ability to give and receive feedback gracefully.
Demonstrated UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technology.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, concept art, game design and engineering.
Design and implement UI/UX solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Execute at all stages of the product from concept to final product launch.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
Present designs and milestones to peers and stakeholders with clear rationale.
