Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a mobile Food Truck Crew Member to support event catering operations. You will load products, drive safely to locations, and prepare the truck for daily operations, including basic food prep and service.

Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, be able to lift and load equipment, and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards while working independently or with a team. Seasonal/part-time shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record required.
• Comfortable driving a food truck for trips up to 2 hours.
• Ability to lift, carry, load, and unload products and equipment.
• Strong work ethic; able to work independently and with a team.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Load products and supplies onto the truck.
• Drive the food truck safely to and from event locations.
• Prepare and load truck for daily business operations.
• Basic food preparation of limited items.
• Assist with basic food preparation and service.
• Clean truck interior, equipment, and all dishes associated with operations.
• Unload, clean, restock, and reload all small wares and coolers.
• Perform weekly detailed cleaning of the truck’s interior and exterior.
• Clean facility and parking lot areas after daily operations are completed.
• Support catering and event operations as needed.
