You will work with supervisors and managers to maintain quality and safety throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Food Handler certification or state/local equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Safely prepare and ready foods for transport following guidelines.
• Assist with preparing all foods and fresh fruits.
• Maintain sanitation of line and production kitchen; lead by example.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff across satellite sites.
• Ensure items prepared follow standardized recipes and yields.
• Expand or divide recipes to achieve proper yields.
• Transport foods to satellite locations safely and promptly.
• Support sanitation of production kitchen and transport equipment.
• Serve at satellite school locations during lunch when needed.
• Follow HACCP and Quest food safety policies.
