Job summary

Constellis seeks a Mobile Service Technician to inspect, service and repair county fleet vehicles across Los Angeles County. The role covers varied shops and locations, with exposure to outdoor environments and a two-shift schedule.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnostic work, and reporting daily progress. ASE certs are encouraged; must have own tools and a valid driver’s license in California.

Qualifications

• 5 years off-road automotive and diesel repair experience.
• Valid California Class C Driver's License (Preferred A/B).
• Willing to obtain ASE certifications within 3 months of hire.
• Own toolbox and diagnostic equipment.
• Proficient with basic computer software (M5).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair gasoline and diesel vehicles and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose electrical and fuel systems.
• Inspect exhaust, brake, suspension components and tires.
• Maintain daily logs and report progress.
• Drive company vehicle to regional locations as required.
• Adhere to safety standards and PPE guidelines.
• Work across multiple Los Angeles County facilities.
