Qualifications

• Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or fleet technician.
• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred).
• Own a basic set of professional mechanic's tools.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on commercial trucks and fleet vehicles
• Troubleshoot diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, and drivetrain components
• Conduct preventive maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections
• Respond to roadside service calls and emergency breakdowns in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate service records and document all repairs and parts used
• Manage and stock mobile service vehicle with necessary tools, parts, and equipment
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to customers and dispatch

• Own a basic set of professional mechanic's tools
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including potential on‑call or weekend availability
