Goodyear in Indianapolis is seeking a Mobile Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to travel to customer locations in a company-provided service vehicle and perform preventive maintenance and light repairs on commercial trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles. The role offers a high earning potential with a base hourly rate of $30-$45 plus a 35% labor sales commission; top performers can exceed $100K annually.

Qualifications

• One year of prior commercial truck or light mechanical service experience.
• Must have valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer fleet locations in a company-provided service vehicle.
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial trucks and fleet vehicles.
• Conduct oil changes, fluid exchanges, and scheduled maintenance.
• Perform tire installation, repairs, rotations, and inspections.
• Diagnose and complete light mechanical repairs; inspect brakes and perform brake repairs.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation; build strong customer relationships.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
