Job summary

Scott Equipment Company Llc in Memphis, TN is seeking an in‑field mobile service technician to diagnose and repair construction equipment at customer sites. You will perform disassembly, reconditioning and component removal as per manuals, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required. The role requires excellent mechanical skills, experience with diesel and hydraulic systems, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Excellent mechanical skills; Diesel and hydraulic systems experience preferred.
• Current and valid drivers license as outlined in company policy manual.
• Ability to assemble and perform maintenance functions on equipment.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a mobile service vehicle and travel to customer locations to perform in-field diagnostics and repair of construction equipment.
• Repairs include complete component removal, disassembly and reconditioning per technical manuals.
• Must perform quality work efficiently and profitably, with occasional overtime and weekend work.
