Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have an adequate toolset to perform job responsibilities.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of parts kept in stock on the service vehicle.
• Identify and communicate solutions for customer service opportunities within your area of responsibility.
• Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.
• Responsible for complete and thorough documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders, ensuring timely submission of information.
• Participate in Service Training programs for skills and knowledge development.
• Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment required to perform job responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
• Stay current on knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.

Compensation

The following represents Brandt Holdings compensation estimation based on market data and placement of internal employees. This is an hourly role with a starting base of $20.00 and going up to $42.00 based on experience. This role is also incentive eligible and is based on performance.
