Job summary

All Things Right of Way, LLC (ATROW) is seeking a field service technician to perform repairs on forestry heavy equipment at customer locations. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, and drive a company service truck as directed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, strong customer service, and the ability to operate heavy equipment. Travel and overtime may be required, with safety and quality driving the work.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to read and interpret manuals.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company service trucks under DOT regulations.
• Strong customer-service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform dexterous tasks.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely repairs to forestry heavy equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to verify repairs.
• Maintain repair quality with target efficiency and minimal rework.
• Document repairs clearly on customer work orders and reports.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members; adhere to safety rules.
