Job summary

BPI Medical in Washington is seeking a Mobile Operations Supervisor to lead the team responsible for high‑quality, cost‑effective surgical instrument repair, logistics, staffing, scheduling, and sales performance across multiple states.

You will manage territory alignment, marketing, training, CRM scheduling, and collaborative field activities, coordinating with the National Sales Manager to drive growth while ensuring safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of precision metal fabrication experience.
• Advanced knowledge of soldering and blueprint reading.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Daily automobile travel required with valid credentials.

Responsibilities

• Manage mobile operations, costs, staffing, scheduling and sales performance.
• Coordinate territory management and marketing activities.
• Lead and mentor Mobile Repair Technicians.
• Maintain CRM scheduling and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/OSHA and safety standards.
• Drive customer visits and field service
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to grow revenue.
