BPI Medical is seeking a Mobile Instrument Repair Technician based in Washington State to repair surgical instruments for hospitals, clinics, and surgery centers. The job operates from a mobile van workshop and involves travelling to multiple facilities with varying schedules.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of precision metalwork experience, high school diploma, and must maintain vendor credentialing and a valid non-CDL driver’s license. The employer offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; 2–5 years of precision metalwork experience.
• Must maintain vendor-required credentialing (HIPAA, vaccinations, attestations) and pass background checks.
• Daily automobile travel requires valid driver's license (non-CDL) and adequate insurance.
• Advanced knowledge of soldering, metallurgy and measurement tools; familiarity with MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality cost effective surgical instrument repairs for hospitals, medical clinics, and surgery centers.
• Work in a mobile van-based workshop and travel to varying facilities with flexible schedules.
• Maintain vendor credentialing and comply with customer requirements.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinate repair activities with customers.
