Job summary

Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking independent Registered Nurses (RN) to perform targeted in-home diagnostic visits and biometric screenings. This pure clinical screening role helps close care gaps for insurance members, with no comprehensive home safety or ADL/iADL assessments required.

You will travel locally between patients' homes—averaging 20 minutes of drive time—to perform customized lab collections and portable diagnostic testing.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Strong phlebotomy skills and ability to operate portable diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent time-management skills to maintain a steady daily cadence of field visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage Field Visits: Complete 6 to 7 scheduled in-home visits per 8-hour shift using an optimized local routing system.
• Baseline Biometrics: Record blood pressure, weight, and oximetry at every visit, charting in real-time via a mobile health platform.
• Phlebotomy & Lab Collection: Handle and label targeted specimens based on member care gaps, including HbA1C & GFR blood collection and PSA blood screening.
• Portable Diagnostics: Operate specialized mobile equipment to conduct Bone Density Scanning, Automated Diabetic Eye Exams, PAD Testing (Peripheral Artery Disease).

Required Availability: Minimum 40 hours per month
Compensation: $50 - $60 per visit (~6 to 7 visits per 8-hour shift)

What You Will Do

Requirements
