Job summary

Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking independent Registered Nurses to conduct targeted in-home diagnostic visits and biometric screenings for insurance members. This role focuses on clinical screening, with no comprehensive home safety or ADL assessments.

You will travel locally between patients’ homes to perform lab collections and portable diagnostics, averaging about 20 minutes of driving. Expect 6–7 visits per 8-hour shift with a minimum of 40 hours per month.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Strong phlebotomy skills and ability to operate portable diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent time-management skills to maintain a steady cadence of field visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage field visits: complete 6–7 in-home visits per 8-hour shift.
• Record baseline biometrics (BP, weight, oximetry) and chart in real-time via mobile platform.
• Perform phlebotomy and lab collection (HbA1C, PSA, etc.).
• Operate portable diagnostic equipment for bone density and eye exams.
