GYMGUYZ delivers fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations, offering flexible scheduling and the freedom to train on your terms. Local trainers work with clients in various settings without rent or sales quotas, supported by a nationwide network.

As a Female Exercise Specialist, you’ll design personalized programs, manage appointments via apps, and progress clients toward their goals with energy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification required
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Proficient with fitness apps (Mindbody, Trainerize) to manage sessions and notes

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive team and uphold DRIVE values
