GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver in-home and on-site training with flexible scheduling from part-time to full-time options. Compensation ranges from $30–$40 per hour plus performance bonuses and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.
• Proficient with mobile/web apps (Mindbody, Trainerize) to manage sessions and notes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments to track client progress.
• Manage your schedule efficiently and stay organized.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
