Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking an energetic Exercise Specialist to deliver in-home and on-site training across clients’ homes and workplaces. You’ll tailor programs, reassess progress, and manage sessions with our app ecosystem, traveling between sites as needed.

The role offers flexible scheduling, performance bonuses, and a growth path toward Master Trainer roles. Training, onboarding, and ongoing development are provided, with strong support from a nationwide fitness network.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Proficient with Mindbody and Trainerize to manage sessions and notes.
• Excellent communication and professional energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our app tools.
• Conduct reassessments and track client progress.
• Efficiently manage your schedule and motivate clients.
