Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Will travel between client sessions with reliable transportation.
• Comfort with mobile/web apps to manage sessions and notes (Mindbody, Trainerize).
• Strong communication, professionalism and energy for client coaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Create personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments and track client progress.
• Manage scheduling efficiently and communicate with clients.
• Motivate clients, celebrate wins, and uphold DRIVE values.
