Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy in-home and on-site training across Memphis, leveraging our app to design programs and track progress. You will enjoy a flexible schedule from part-time to full-time and build your client base with performance incentives.

You’ll join a nationwide fitness network, receive onboarding and ongoing development, and pursue growth into leadership roles while maintaining top client service and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Experience using mobile and web apps (Mindbody, Trainerize) to manage sessions and notes.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion.
