Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy, in-home and on-site training sessions. You’ll design personalized programs, reassess progress, and manage your own schedule while avoiding gym quotas and wait times.

You’ll work with clients who prefer one-on-one coaching, earning $25–$30 per hour plus performance bonuses, with paid onboarding and opportunities for advancement within the nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions.
• Proficiency with mobile apps to manage sessions and client notes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
