GYMGUYZ Huntsville & Decatur is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy, in-home and on-site training with a flexible schedule. You will design personalized programs, reassess client progress, and manage sessions using our app, while advancing through growth paths within a nationwide network.

Requirements include CPR/AED, a nationally recognized certification, and reliable transportation to travel between sessions.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions.
• Proficient with mobile and web apps to manage sessions and client notes.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site training sessions with high energy.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments and track client progress using the app.
• Manage your schedule efficiently and coordinate with clients.
• Motivate clients, celebrate progress, and uphold DRIVE values.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and represent the brand values.
