Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a PHFM Mobile Maintenance Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building equipment and systems in Nashville. The role requires basic trades knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building repairs, plus hands-on experience with maintenance tasks and safety compliance.

The candidate will review work orders, estimate materials, and help install or modify equipment.

Qualifications

• Requires basic knowledge of trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building repairs.
• 1-2 years of job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Manage and track completion of assigned work orders and estimate time/materials.
• Support energy management to keep systems efficient.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Operate company vehicle and use procedures to solve straightforward problems.
