Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Facilities Helper to join the Merakey Facilities division based out of Plymouth Meeting, PA. The role involves traveling between site locations performing groundskeeping, moving furniture, power washing, salting, and shoveling, while assisting the Maintenance department as needed.

The schedule is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with duties including driving the company vehicle, operating groundskeeping tools, and keeping sites clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma / GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Qualified candidate must have their own reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to occasionally exert up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to locations and perform groundskeeping, moving of furniture and boxes, power washing, salting and shoveling.
• Assist the Maintenance department as needed with various duties.
• Drive company vehicle between locations in all conditions.
• Operate equipment such as weed trimmers, pruning saws, loppers.
• Power wash buildings and equipment for cleaning.
