The Mobile Maintenance Technician position provides operations and maintenance support to the facility under the Enovity contract,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five years of maintenance experience on building systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain boilers, pumps, valves, and piping for steam and hot water distribution.
• Service and repair refrigerant compressors, condensers, and air conditioning systems.
• Maintain water filters, piping, and sprinkler systems.
• Operate and service data center HVAC and electrical systems.
• Ensure life safety equipment operates reliably.
