This full-time role offers unlimited earning potential with a $16/hour base pay plus uncapped commissions, with $19/hour minimum and top performers earning $30+/hour, plus monthly bonuses and a strong benefits package.

You will engage customers, activate new services, upgrades, and accessories, maintain store readiness, and work toward sales goals both individually and as part of a team

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a high-energy, positive attitude.
• Fundamental working knowledge of wireless technology and trends.
• Full-time flexible availability.
• Solid sales or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a five-star customer service, finding the perfect solutions for every customer
• Process new activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories
• Merchandise and handle inventory, opening and closing the store
