Aurum Wireless is hiring full-time and part-time Mobile Experts to join our National Retail team. This entry-level sales position works inside established retail partner locations, helping customers with wireless, internet, entertainment, and connectivity solutions from major national brands.

No previous sales experience is required. We’re looking for outgoing, coachable, reliable, and energetic people who are motivated to earn.

Qualifications

• No previous sales experience required.
• Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, athletics, customer service, or similar environments can be helpful, but it is not required.

Responsibilities

• Work inside an assigned retail partner location
• Approach and engage customers
• Help customers compare wireless plans, devices, promotions, and connectivity options
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Process new accounts, upgrades, and additional services
• Learn professional sales and customer engagement skills
