Job summary

Booster is seeking an Event Support Team Member to assist with setting up and tearing down event equipment and to help ensure a smooth, engaging experience for students, staff, and attendees. This hands-on role fits someone who enjoys teamwork and delivering energy-filled events.

You will support program leaders and specialists, maintain readiness of materials, and contribute to the positive Booster culture during event days.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 45 lbs for long events.

Our Event Support team members are a vital part of the team! They support our Program Leaders and Program Specialists throughout Booster’s event days. The successful candidate will assist with setting up and tearing down event equipment, ensuring everything is ready for students, staff, and attendees to enjoy a fun, organized event. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, supporting a team, and contributing to a positive event experience.

Compensation: $300/day
