Job summary

Booster Enterprises Inc is seeking an energetic Event Support Team Member to assist with event days at partner schools across the United States. You will help with setup and teardown of equipment and ensure a fun, organized experience for students, staff, and attendees.

As a frontline team member, you’ll engage with students and families with enthusiasm, follow directions precisely, and maintain safety standards while lifting up to 45 lbs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage students, parents, and staff.
• Reliable and teachable, able to energize teams during events.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down event equipment and ensure readiness for attendees.
• Support Program Leaders and Specialists during event days.

Our Event Support team members are a vital part of the team! They support our Program Leaders and Program Specialists throughout Booster’s event days. The successful candidate will assist with setting up and tearing down event equipment, ensuring everything is ready for students, staff, and attendees to enjoy a fun, organized event. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, supporting a team, and contributing to a positive event experience.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Effective Communication: communicate confidently and enthusiastically to engage students, parents, and faculty.
• Reliability and a teachable posture to work. Someone who is able to inspire students and families through fun, celebration, and smiles with high energy and effort.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• The ability to work the entire day on your feet and to lift 45 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
