Kona Ice in Alabama is seeking motivated servers to join our mobile events team. You’ll be part of a growing franchise, meeting people at school events, sports, festivals, and private functions in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Must be 16+ and have reliable transportation; weekend availability is required. You will greet customers, provide fast, friendly service, and follow hygiene guidelines while helping stock and prep before and after events.

Responsibilities

• Arrive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously
• Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy
• Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines
• Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse
• Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking
• Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation
• Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff
