Job summary

Kona Ice of North Collin County is seeking motivated servers to join our mobile team. You will attend events, greet customers, and deliver fast, friendly service across a variety of events in the area.

Applicants must be at least 16, have reliable transportation, and be available weekends. Lifting up to 25 lbs is required, and a self-starting, proactive attitude is valued. The role offers hourly pay and a fun, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Have reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs overhead.
• Must be reliable, outgoing, and friendly with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Must be a self-starter who can work independently and stay proactive on the shift.

Responsibilities

• Arrive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously.
• Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy.
• Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse.
• Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking.
• Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation.
• Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff.
• Handle tips and interactions with customers professionally.
