Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in PA or NP Studies from an accredited university.
• Valid NP or PA certification and license to practice in New York.
• Experience in providing care in an emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person home visits to manage acute illnesses and injuries.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams for complex care.
• Complete patient records in the Electronic Health Record.
