M.E.S.O. Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking an Experienced Mobile Equipment Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair a broad range of construction equipment, aerial lifts, and dirt equipment.

You will work independently in a shop, applying expertise, safety, and professionalism to keep customer equipment running at peak performance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on repair experience, strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, and proficient use of diagnostic

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment.
• Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics and electrical systems; ability to read schematics.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and advanced repair techniques.
• Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and works well in a team.
• Valid driver’s license, high school diploma (or equivalent), able to pass background, drug, DOT physical and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Performing advanced maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Using diagnostic tools and technical schematics to troubleshoot complex issues
• Documenting services accurately and ensuring timely completion of work orders
• Ordering necessary parts from vendors with precision and accuracy
