Job summary

Lift, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Equipment Service Technician in York, PA. This full-time role combines hands-on repair work with customer service as you diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems at client sites.

You'll travel to customer locations, service equipment, document work, and maintain your company vehicle. Eligible candidates have 3+ years of related experience, a high school degree or technical training, and a valid driver's license. Lift, Inc.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school degree or technical degree in a trade like automotive.
• 3+ years of related mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work some evenings or weekends as needed.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl throughout the shift with minimal opportunities to sit.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift/move 100+ pounds.
• Ability to work in wet, humid, cold, and hot conditions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' locations and deliver professional customer service.
• Pick up parts from different locations as needed.
• Listen to customers' concerns and inspect the equipment to identify repair and maintenance needs.
• Accurately troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform planned maintenance, check the legibility of safety decals, and ensure safety and operator manuals are available.
• Maintain your work vehicle and stay on top of regular maintenance.
• Accurately document the work you perform and the parts you use, submitting reports in a timely manner.
• Comply with all safety protocols and company standards.
• Assist with other responsibilities as assigned.
