Lift, Inc. is seeking a Road Service Technician in Carlisle, PA to perform repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on lift equipment at customer sites. You will travel to locations, assess issues, and deliver reliable service while maintaining safety and thorough documentation.

The role emphasizes independent problem solving, strong customer service, and teamwork within an employee-owned company offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school degree or automotive trade degree.
• 3+ years of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic experience.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work some evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' locations to perform repairs, diagnostics and maintenance on lift equipment.
• Listen to customer concerns, inspect equipment, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues.
• Follow safety procedures and document work performed and parts used.
• Submit detailed reports to the service coordinator and parts department.
• Some travel may be required to pick up parts and address on-site needs.
