Arcosa Aggregates seeks a Mobile Equipment Operator for our Paradise, TX plant on day shift. You will operate various mobile equipment, perform pre-shift inspections, and support safety and efficiency goals in a production environment.

The role requires reliability, ability to work outdoors in all weather, and a high school diploma or GED. Competitive hourly pay with benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Attendance and reliability are required.
• Ability to operate one or more mobile equipment types (haul truck, front loader, etc.).
• Experience in quarry or production environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement.
• Operate equipment in quarry or production.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintain equipment performance.
• Communicate effectively with plant staff and other operators.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
