Job Description

Immediate openings for Mobile Equipment Operators in Cranberry Township at Kawneer Cranberry, an Arconic Company. $1000 signing bonus!!*

Mobile Equipment Operator positions starting at $21.38/hr for a 6am-6pm or 6pm - 6am shift. Rotation shift with a plus $1/hr shift differential for night shifts.

Shift rotation involves working 36 hours in week 1 and 48 hours in week 2, with mandatory overtime possible. Kawneer is a leading manufacturer of commercial windows and aluminum products, serving clients nationwide.

New employees will receive a payout after 90 days; if employment ends before 6 months, the signing bonus must be repaid.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile equipment, overhead cranes, and other large machinery.
• Perform loading, inventory receipt, and maintain certifications for forklift, side loader, and crane operation.
• Stack and nest materials safely, perform quality checks, and report issues.
• Follow safety guidelines, communicate effectively, and train new employees as needed.

The work environment may include varying temperatures, PPE, and overtime, with frequent lifting tasks. This is a full-time role.

Qualifications

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
