Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a Mobile Equipment Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and overhaul mobile equipment including front-end loaders, forklifts, tractors, and trailers. You will schedule maintenance, maintain service records, and ensure compliance with specifications.

The role requires at least four years of heavy equipment maintenance experience (or two years plus two years of trade school) and MA hoisting licenses. Ability to work nights and weekends on a rotating schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Four years vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance experience, or two years of mechanical trade school training plus two years’ experience as a vehicle and heavy equipment mechanic.
• Must be able to operate mobile equipment such as front-end loader and tractor/trailer.
• Must have, or quickly obtain MA 1C/2C/3A Hoisting licenses.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Schedule maintenance and keep service records for equipment.
• Repair or replace damaged parts in braking, diesel, fuel, power train, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
