Qualifications

• 9+ years of post-Bachelor’s software development experience; or a Master’s degree +7+ year; or a PhD +3+ year
• 1+ years of experience managing a team
• Experience with distributed systems and web development

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers with deep media expertise
• Set strategy, build a roadmap, create measurable goals, and lead the team to deliver
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Data Science and Engineering teams and executive stakeholders
• Evaluate technical tradeoffs and mentor engineers on best practices
• Hire, grow, and retain high-performing team members
