Panera Bread seeks a Sr. Manager, Software Engineer - Mobile in Saint Louis. You will lead the Android team from day one, set technical direction, and own delivery while expanding to iOS and React Native within 3–6 months.

You will partner with the Mobile Principal Architect and collaborate with product managers, designers, and vendors to deliver high-impact mobile features across platforms, strengthening engineering health and standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mobile development experience with strong Android native skills.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and delivery ownership.
• Strong Kotlin, Android SDKs, and Jetpack Compose proficiency.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira tooling.
• Ability to collaborate across product, design, and backend teams.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for Android team delivery, quality, and roadmap.
• Expand leadership to iOS and React Native within 3–6 months.
• Set architectural direction and ensure mobile engineering standards.
