Job summary

BRMi is seeking a Mobile Developer to build and maintain enterprise mobile banking apps for iOS and Android. The role works within an Agile team to deliver secure, high-performing experiences. Hybrid in Vienna, VA, Pensacola, FL, or Winchester, VA; in-person interviews required.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Swift/Obj-C or Kotlin/Java development, API integration, and a track record of shipping reliable mobile apps in Agile environments. BRMi emphasizes security, quality, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting production mobile applications.
• Hands-on native mobile development experience for iOS and/or Android.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services into mobile apps.
• Experience with Agile software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile application features for iOS and/or Android.
• Develop native mobile applications using Swift/Objective-C and Kotlin/Java.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production defects.
• Improve performance, reliability, and stability of mobile apps.
• Integrate apps with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies.
• Write unit tests and UI tests to ensure quality.
• Contribute to reusable components and development standards.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge.
