Job summary

BRMi is seeking a Mobile Developer to support a large financial enterprise client, delivering mobile banking features for iOS and Android within cross-functional Agile teams. This role emphasizes secure, reliable experiences and platform advocacy in a hybrid work model.

Hybrid in Vienna, VA, Winchester, VA, or Pensacola, FL. In-person interviews required. Salary ranges $140k–$150k with benefits including health, life and disability insurance, 401(k), PTO and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Progressive mobile app development experience.
• Proficiency in iOS: Swift, Objective-C, Xcode; Android: Kotlin, Java, Android Studio.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Desirable: CI/CD pipelines, mobile accessibility standards, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile banking features for iOS and Android.
• Resolve production issues and improve platform stability.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning and backlog refinement.

• Advocate for platform excellence and contribute to reusable component libraries.

BRMi is seeking a Mobile Developer to support a large financial enterprise client.

To support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Navy Federal Credit Union’s mobile banking applications across iOS and Android platforms. Mobile Developers are embedded within cross-functional Agile teams and play a critical role in delivering secure, reliable, and user-friendly digital experiences to millions of members. This role involves technical execution, platform advocacy, and collaboration across disciplines to ensure high-quality mobile solutions aligned with business goals and member needs.
