Job summary

AssureSoft is seeking an experienced software engineer to architect and maintain cross‑platform mobile and web apps. You will lead offline‑first features with reliable sync and conflict resolution, and integrate AI capabilities using leading APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expert-level React Native and cross-platform mobile development.
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with React ecosystems (React, Next.js, Svelte or similar).
• Deep understanding of state management, offline databases, synchronization and conflict resolution.
• Experience deploying to App Store and Google Play; web hosting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain cross-platform mobile and web applications.
• Develop and enhance offline-first features with reliable synchronization and conflict resolution.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities, including LLMs, vision models, and voice-to-text experiences.
• Optimize client-side performance for large files, blueprints, images, and charts.
• Collaborate directly with end users to understand field requirements and translate them into product features.
• Build, test, and deploy applications to the App Store, Google Play, and web environments.
• Deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while maintaining rapid development cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
• Expert-level experience with React Native and cross-platform mobile development.
• Strong experience with modern web technologies such as React, Next.js, Svelte, or similar.
• Deep understanding of local state management, offline databases, background synchronization, and conflict resolution.
• Experience handling complex client-side rendering and performance optimization.
• Experience deploying applications through App Store, Google Play, and modern web hosting platforms.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing software for construction, logistics, manufacturing, or other field-based industries.
• Experience with AI/ML research, Scala/Play, PostgreSQL, or a strong passion for UI/UX and micro-interactions.
