Qualifications

  • Master’s degree is preferred and may substitute for experience.
  • Strong analytical, data management, and research design skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to study design formulation as part of a collaborative team.
  • Develop, test, and evaluate study manuals, questionnaires, and coding structures for data collection.
  • Design and oversee data collection procedures and tools, including interviews and questionnaires.
  • Monitor adherence to protocols, procedures, and regulations.
  • Assist in developing study budgets and data collection systems.
  • Organize data, ensure validity and quality, and identify protocol improvements.
  • Suggest sub-studies and next steps based on data analysis.
  • Assist with manuscript preparation and presentations; train study staff.
