Job summary

Barkbus is seeking a Pet Stylist in the ATL area to deliver premium, 1-on-1 grooming experiences in our state-of-the-art Hanvey vans. You’ll perform baths, trims, and finishing touches while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and a focus on safety.

We support a groomer-first culture with scheduling assistance, full-time benefits, and a pathway for growth, including paid time off, holidays, health coverage, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional dog grooming experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and pet parents.
• Ability to lift and handle dogs up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely guide or maneuver dogs up to 100 lbs with the van’s equipment.
• Weekly bonus potential of up to $225.
• Weekly payroll.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver premium 1-on-1 care, performing all aspects of grooming: bathing, cutting, shaving and trimming.
• Support a smooth daily workflow by walking dogs prior to appointments and maintaining a clean, organized van.

Role Requirements

• 1+ years of professional grooming experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable interacting with customers/pet parents
• Ability to safely lift and handle dogs up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to safely guide or maneuver dogs up to 100 lbs with the use of the van’s equipment (e.g., lift, grooming table)
• Weekly bonus potential of up to $225
• Weekly payroll
