Job summary

Miner Ltd. seeks a Service Professional (Dock & Door Technician) to troubleshoot, service, install, and repair industrial equipment at diverse customer sites, from hospitals to large warehouses.

You will travel regularly, balance safety with speed, and complete work orders both on paper and digitally. A strong candidate has 2–4 years of relevant experience, is able to work independently on the road, and communicates effectively with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in loading dock or industrial repair.
• Ability to repair doors, loading docks, and dock-levelers.
• Willingness to learn welding, steel fabrication, and electrical work.
• Ability to take direction and work independently while on the road.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Technical school training and OEM certifications are desired but not required.
• Flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime opportunities.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, inspect, install and repair industrial equipment.
• Maintain work orders on paper and digitally.
• Travel regularly to customer sites and ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
