Job summary

Saber Community Support and Development Office is seeking a Mobile Director of Nursing for SNF settings in the Scranton region. The role requires supervising the nursing department, exercising independent judgment, and ensuring adherence to core policies. You will travel as needed to facilities and maintain regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes leadership, quality outcomes, and service excellence, with opportunities to influence multiple buildings within the region.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the states practiced in.
• Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years of recent Director of Nursing experience with a history of excellent quality and survey outcomes.
• Must understand federal, state, rules & regulations, and survey practices in your assigned area.
• Must be able to travel, including overnight stays.
• This position will mainly cover the Scranton, PA region.
