Position Summary

As a Mobile Director of Nursing, you will lead and support nursing staff across multiple facilities, ensuring care standards are met and residents receive high-quality care. Travel to various facilities is required. You will organize, develop, manage, and direct the Nursing Service Department in compliance with all regulations and standards, maintaining health, sanitary, and infection control policies.

Education & Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in your practicing state
• Current CPR certification
• Infection control certification preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community leadership
• Ability to observe safety and sanitary techniques
• Willingness to travel and work throughout the area
• Attend orientation at the Saber Community Support and Development Office in Beachwood, Ohio

Experience

• Minimum two years in a supervisory healthcare role, preferably in long-term care
• Proven track record of excellent quality and survey outcomes
