We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership and support across Skilled Nursing communities within the Harrisburg region. About the Role:

• NEWLY CREATED ROLE supporting Skilled Nursing communities throughout the region

• Assignments may range from several weeks to a couple of months




• Some assignments may involve facility stabilization or turnaround, while others focus on maintaining strong clinical operations until a permanent DON is identified




• Strong regional and divisional clinical/operational support

What We're Seeking:

  • Brings a minimum of 3 years of recent DON experience in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting

  
  

  • Has a demonstrated history of strong clinical leadership and survey outcomes

  
  

  • Is experienced with facility stabilization, survey readiness, and clinical performance improvement

  
  

  • Can confidently step into a new environment, quickly assess clinical needs, and establish trust with the nursing team

  
  

  • Possesses strong staff‑development and leadership skills

  
  

  • Is comfortable supporting multiple communities and adapting to changing operational needs

  
  

  • Is willing to travel and stay overnight as assignments require

  
  

  • Brings the professionalism, resilience, and leadership presence necessary to lead effectively during periods of transition

  
  
  
  

Compensation Package:

• $120,000–$140,000 Annual Base Salary

Requirements:
