Job summary

Freeway Fleet Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Mobile Diesel Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel-powered trucks and equipment at customer sites in Florida. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field experience and may hold ASE certifications or OEM training.

You will travel to client locations for maintenance and emergency repairs, use diagnostic tools, provide estimates, and keep detailed service records. A company vehicle, tools, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a diesel technician, preferably with mobile service.
ASE Medium/Heavy Truck Certification(s) or OEM training preferred.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, drivetrains, fuel systems, and diagnostic procedures.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus).
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations to perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues in diesel engines and equipment.
Perform engine, brake, fuel system, and transmission services.
Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Provide accurate estimates and explain repairs to customers.
Maintain service records and parts usage documentation.
Keep mobile work area safe and compliant with regulations.
Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.
