Job summary

National Fleet Management is seeking Mobile Diesel Technicians to perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across multiple PA locations. Operate a fully equipped service truck and respond to road calls with a focus on independent work and top-tier customer service.

Ideal candidates have diesel technician experience (mobile preferred), strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to travel within an assigned region.

Qualifications

• Diesel technician experience (mobile experience preferred).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable traveling within an assigned region.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
• Strong time management and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to road calls and perform on-site repairs.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance (PMs) in the field.
• Accurately document work and hours.
• Maintain your service truck and inventory.
• Deliver a high level of customer service on-site.
